I would suggest you build the differential analyser. A very interesting models. there are two meccano plans, one from the sixties for the large analyser, there is also a much smaller model I have built. I got the plan from ebay and there WAS a video on youtube...which I cant find :-(

Hugh, The SML 6a never actually existed as a leaflet, but Bert Love released a copy of it in the Meccano Magazine for October 1973 Pages 68-71. The first of the pages can be found here

My solution was to replace the ordinary 2" Strip with a slotted one with a Fishplate fixed to the big end to provide a round hole for the crankpin slightly nearer the small end. |
