[84]2706 is a combined package of 2711 Sidecar + 2712 ATV, so you need both those instructions. Most modern(ish) (and many old) Meccano/Erector Instructions can be found at http://meccrl.free.fr/ and also at http://www.la-roue-tourne.fr/le-meccano/notices-meccano
