Ian M, Come and chat with us on the Rust bucket Forum, it is difficult to communicate here. There is also another site run by Tim Edwards Meccano Index, and they are wanting a copy of 1222/25 |

I have a very old Instructions booklet for Outfits 0 to 3 shown as No 22A (price 1 Shilling) but it has a different first page to your scanned version of 22A. The wording in "The life of a Meccano Boy" is slightly different and picture to the right is again different to the one shown in your 22A. I have a scan of the front cover and first page of mine if any history Meccano history buffs want to see it and add your list of instruction booklets. In very small print beneath the No 22A on the front cover is 1222/25 |

The 1927 range of manuals shown are a little out of date and inclomplete. 1927 was the year that major changes were made with the red/green series being released in the middle of the year. As a result there are two different series of manuals for 1927. The colonial #27 is the same as 1926. The english version #27 is 2/6 is the later version. |
